Position 1:

You will be responsible but not limited to:

• Teach the classes assigned.
• Maintain decorum of the institute and classes
• Teach as per prepared lesson plans

Position 2:

• Act as a motherly figure, ensuring the safety, comfort, and emotional well-being of children.
• Plan and deliver age-appropriate lessons in literacy, numeracy, art, music, and basic life skills.
• Foster good habits, manners, hygiene, and social skills in children.
• Create a stimulating classroom environment with engaging activities and creative teaching aids.
• Observe and assess each child’s progress and provide individual attention when required.
• Communicate regularly with parents regarding their child’s development and address any concerns.
• Organize and participate in cultural programs, celebrations, and co-curricular activities.
• Maintain class records, student portfolios, and daily reports.
• Ensure discipline in a gentle, positive, and child-friendly manner.
